MCC International, Inc. has specialized in casting and finish machining of high grade, centrifugally cast ferrous and non-ferrous products for a variety of industries for over 50 years. Our products can be found in a variety of applications including steel mills, power transmission and elevators around the world.
Our centrifugal casting process gives MCC the ability to produce standard and complex near-net-shaped castings in a single item or in high volume quantities in a broad range of copper and iron based alloys. Processes like our unique bi-metallic worm gears and rolling mill sleeves, where two alloys are cast into one metallurgically bonded casting, provide a high wear resistant shell with a tough yet forgiving inner core. This gives MCC distinct advantages in todays market.
Sizes for all products range from 8 inches up to 99 inches in diameter for non-ferrous and up to 60" Diameter for ferrous products with weights ranging from 50 pounds to 30,000 pounds.
