Six Decades of Excellence
MCC International is a global leader in the casting and finish machining of high grade centrifugally cast ferrous and non-ferrous products. Our patented near-net shape centrifugal casting process is unique and gives us the capability to cast and machine complex, irregular and concentric shapes in diameters up to 99 inches, and in weights up to 30,000 pounds.
An exceptional focus on customers’ needs, combined with programs that reward employees for meeting productivity and profitability goals, has allowed us to develop a talented team of loyal and experienced professionals. These individuals set the industry standards for quality, innovation and service. Our commitment to being the best at everything we do builds upon the legacy of William H. Miller, who founded the company in 1957 as Miller Centrifugal Casting.
Tom Proteau was named MCC International’s president and CEO in June 2018. Prior to joining MCC, Tom spent 26 years at Carpenter Technology, where he held a variety of management positions focused on creating markets for titanium long products and other high performance materials. His responsibilities included commercial development, operations, systems implementation, business unit management and strategic business development. Tom holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.
