MCC International specializes in the casting and machining of high grade centrifugally cast sleeves used in rolling mills throughout the world. Our facility provides us the capability to cast and machine complex sleeves that range from 8” diameters (50 lbs.) up to 60” diameters (22,000 lbs.).
MCC has a unique process for casting bi-metallic sleeves that provides high wear resistant shells with tough and forgiving inner cores. In addition, centrifugally cast sleeves produce excellent microstructures that offer long sleeve life and additional tons rolled per dressing.
