From the selection of the proper mold to melting, pouring , casting and finishing our Metallurgical expertise is an integral factor in each step of the centrifugal casting process.

Our metallurgists and engineers carefully monitor directional solidification techniques, pouring procedures and casting mold RPM's to ensure a product that is free of shrinkage voids, unwanted oxides and impurities. Our in-house spectrochemical laboratory and shop checks ensure a quality product.
