Quality Control:
Quality centrifugal casting is the result of strict adherence to defined procedures at MCC International. Process engineers at MCC carefully monitor and control the production of each casting from mold design to alloying, melting, casting and CNC finish machining.
Metallurgical Expertise:
From the selection of the proper mold, melting furnace, pouring technique, and finish machining etc. our Metallurgical expertise is an integral factor in each step of the centrifugal casting process.
Machining of Castings:
MCC International extensive machine shop has the capability to rough machine and finish machine castings on CNC-Boring mills up to 99 inches in diameter.
FARO ARM CMM:
FARO Arm is a six axis portable co-ordinate measuring machine that allows an inspector to quickly and easily inspect parts directly on the shop floor.
